• What is Smudging?

Smudging is an ancient purification ritual. It involves igniting a bundle or dried herbs and florals and waving the smoke to purify people, objects or spaces. Smudging metaphorically renews and cleanses the body, mind and spirit.

 

How do i use a Smudge stick?

Light the end of a sage bundle with an open flame, releasing thick smoke. Allow the incense to linger on the areas of your body or surroundings you'd like to focus on. Allow the ash to collect in a heat resistant dish or shell

 

Is your white sage ethically sourced?

Yes. We only use Organic, Ethically sourced white sage.
